Linking Unit Structures
Of course, the day after I say I’m cutting down on blogging I write three posts – what can I say, the internets have been interesting today. A few quick links:
- Andy Baio has digitized the WGBH series The Machine That Changed the World. The first two episodes are online at Waxy.org; the series explores the evolution of the computer and features interviews with a number of key players in computer history.
- Chris Messina on the mechanics of Facebook’s new “open” platform. Messina asks “did we win? Are we on top? Hurray? Or, did we bet on the wrong horse? Or, did the goalposts just move on us (again)?”
- Many congrats to Intellagirl and Typewriter!
- Techpresident on the meaning/non-meaning of Hillary’s concession/non-concession speech. As with all things politics, its all about the money.
- New article: Looking at, looking up or keeping up with people?: motives and use of Facebook. (Sub req’d)
